Nach der Blue Shark Limited Edition von 2018 (Ref. 8163-175LE/93-BLUESHARK) bringt Ulysse Nardin jetzt eine dem Zitronenhai (Negaprion brevirostris) gewidmete Taucheruhr auf den Markt.

While we recycle discarded fishing nets into watch bands, we are also acquiring greater oceanographic knowledge with our focus being mainly on sharks. With their status as the apex predators of the sea and a largely misunderstood species of marine life, sharks are the avatars and cherished emblems of Ulysse Nardin.“

Entsprechend ist das Textilarmband der Uhr (Ref. 8163-175LE/92-LEMONSHARK) aus wiederverwertetem Material. Dazu kommt erneut eine Zusammenarbeit mit der Wissenschafts-Organisation Ocearch. Zur Uhr: Die graue Leuchtmasse trifft hier auf gelbe Akzente, das Edelstahl-Gehäuse ist geschwärzt (DLC). Die 42 mm grosse Lemon Shark Diver ist auf 300 Stück limitiert und bis 300 Meter wasserdicht, im Innern tickt ein UN-816 (Sellita SW300) mit 42 Stunden Gangreserve. Der Gehäuseboden zeigt eine Hai-Gravur.

Während die Basiskollektion bei €5’800.00 resp. $6’500.00 startet, kostet die jüngste Limited Edition $7’300.00.
